Born and raised in Everest region with love and passion for outdoor adventure. Work as expedition and rescue doctor, expedition leader in the Himalayas for mountaineering and trekking. Combining profession and passion , I have been on more than a dozen expeditions and climbed Everest, Manaslu , Amadablam , Denali and other mountains since 2011. Involved in major rescues on Everest , Manaslu , Dhaulagiri and many more. Passionate about teaching and sharing wilderness medicine knowledge and skills.
