Ka Lai is currently the Operations Staff Development Manager in Outward Bound Hong Kong. Before this, she worked as an Experiential Learning Coordinator at The Independent Schools Foundation Academy. Before working in the school, she worked as an Assistant Leisure Manager in the Government. She was a freelance facilitator and event organiser for a few years to deliver personal and team development programs and organised corporate and public races and events. Previously, she was a PR Officer in the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and Project Manager in Outward Bound Hong Kong where she had worked for 10 years. Always wearing a warm smile, Ka Lai loves nature and the outdoors, especially the ocean. She spends quite a lot of her time participating in water sports. Ka Lai enjoys working with people and working as a team. She embraces challenges with resourcefulness and adaptability.
